At Left Handed Diosa, we have a NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS policy. Each piece is handmade and made-to-order, making all sales and services final. However, we want you to LOVE your pieces! If you are unsatisfied, each order is eligible for store credit, one free exchange, or alteration within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate an exchange, please reach out to us at info@lefthandeddiosa.com. To ensure your exchange is accepted, please meet the following criteria:

• Initiate your return within 30 days of receiving your package.

• Provide proof of purchase.

• Ensure all products are returned in their original condition. Worn or washed items will not be accepted.

• Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on ANY sale items.
